> Leadership and culture consulting firm founded by Jason Neman. Meaning + Method helps leaders build creative-thinking cultures through executive coaching, team and culture consulting, and fractional advisory services. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and working with clients in person and virtually across the United States, including on-site travel for engagements.

Meaning + Method's premise: most companies have a method, few have meaning. Meaning is why people bring their whole selves to the work. Method is the rituals, structures, and decision rights that make good thinking repeatable. Lasting cultures need both.

## Founder

- Jason Neman, Founder. Also founder and CEO of Good Brand, a brand strategy and integrated marketing agency, since 2013. More than 30 years in branding, creative direction, and marketing leadership. Holds an ICA-accredited DISC Coaching Certification in executive coaching and team leadership. Vistage Impact Award, 2022.
